Automatic feeding, clamping and cutting systems, accurate and fast feeding, can cut 10-20 times per minute.
The counter can set the number of cutting times, and automatically stops after cutting.
The total counter can count the workload records for one day. The total pressure, front, back and pressure can be adjusted steplessly to ensure that the workpiece is not deformed by clamping.
The accuracy of the pipe cutting length is plus or minus 0.02mm, the cut is shiny and has no burrs, and the clamp can clamp and cut 1-28 pipes at a time.
Front clamp, back clamp, knife speed and feeding speed can be adjusted step by step.
The cb31 type can cut 0-40 degree inclined pipes.
The ca31 type is professional in cutting 90 degree materials.
The two machines can be modified to cut triangle pipes, hexagonal pipes, square pipes and other functions.
Use: Especially suitable for cutting copper pipes, aluminum pipes, metal pen pipes, stainless steel pipes, plastic pipes, etc.
Automatic working mode: Restore all manual operations, (move right) select the subtotal, how many times to cut and how many times to feed, and then start the motor
(Motor ON) Press (start) The motor does not start or the saw table cannot work, indicating that the switches have not been reset and cannot be automatic.
