Material Adaptability: Each bent pipe can be customized with compensation values (to counteract material rebound), processing speeds (to prevent deformation), and demolding clearance (to avoid pipe jamming) based on material types such as stainless steel, copper, or iron. Customized Actions: For each bend of the same pipe, five separate operation sequences (including clamping, feeding, bending, and core removal) and ten speed settings can be programmed. Operators can flexibly combine these configurations according to pipe geometry, enhancing work efficiency while minimizing interference points between components

High precision mechanism coordination

The equipment is equipped with clamping, guiding, core rod and bending mechanism controlled by independent hydraulic cylinder.
